Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that sometimes you just need straight forward answers to some quick initial questions. Here’s just a few of the answers to some questions we’re asked frequently, so hopefully it will save you a little time.

Can we just turn up and pay at the session?

We like people to book with us before attending the session. By booking on we can let your coach know you will be attending, keeping the session as safe and organised as possible. Go to the ‘Saturday Classes section of our website to make a booking. You can only book once you have created a Class4Kids Account.

What is the cancellation process?

We understand that children’s interest can change and with this in mind parents are able to cancel the session 24 hours before it starts, which enables them to get a full refund. To cancel, we just ask parents to either email or call us and we will cancel their session for them. To view any booked sessions, simply log in to your Class4Kids account.

What footwear & clothing does my child need?

Normal trainers are more than fine for all MSA sessions. If your child would like to wear football boots as they get older we would ask that you only use ‘Astro’ boots with no studs. We would also recommend that the children wear suitable sports clothes dependant on the weather. Please ensure your child has a drink.

What do we do when we arrive for the first time?

For your first session, we recommend getting to the class 10 minutes before it starts so that you have enough time to sign in. Upon arrival, there will be someone at a desk which is where you sign in. Once signed in, your child can then familiarise themselves with the MSA coaches.

Are the classes indoors or outdoors?

Sessions are held both indoors and outdoors and most sessions do move indoors during the winter months. If you do have any worries about the weather, then any announcements will be made via email and on our social media pages - Instagram & Facebook.

Can we pay as you go or pay in bulk?

At MSA, you have the option to do both. If some weeks you can't make it then that's absolutely fine. Our sessions do get booked up quickly so if you do plan to attend regularly then we advise to monthly subscribe, which is easier and works out cheaper. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, please email, call or text us. We require a 30 day payment notice period to cancel your subscription. Example: If you submit our cancellation form on 8th of the month, your final payment will be on the 1st of the following month. You will still have full access to the classes in the final month you pay for, and no further payments will be taken after this date.
